THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICIES APPLY TO ALL GENERAL ONLINE PURCHASES FROM JBEVES.COM

Returns and Exchanges:

FIRST TIME BUYER MONEY BACK GUARANTEE PROGRAM

All first time buyers have a money back guarantee added to their first order.

If for any reason you dislike any of the items your receive notify us within 3 days of receiving the order and we will refund you the full amount of the product. (Applies only to first time buyers, on their first order. Customer must state the problem with the item and include a picture if the item was received damaged.)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

With the exception of wrongfully shipped, defective, or damaged items, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges.

We urge our customers to verify their order well before submitting payment.

If you have received a DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, please contact us at comments@jbeves.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

( Any claims made after 3 business days will not be accepted.)

Please provide your invoice number, contact information, list of the defective / damaged items received ( including description of damages or defects ), and pictures of the items.

Upon reviewing the information provided, our customer service department will contact you (Usually within 5 business days.)

Once your claim has been approved you will be given store credit for any item $1 or less in price. For items of higher value we will provide a return label, once those items have been received you will be given store credit.

If you have received a WRONG ITEM, please contact us at comments@jbeves.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

( Any claims made after 5 business days will not be accepted.)

STORE CREDIT:

A store credit is a unique gift card number that is emailed to you. You can use it towards any future purchase on JBEVES.COM. A store credit never expires.

Any REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS will be charged all actual shipping costs.

Shipping carriers charge for both to and return shipments.

Actual shipping costs may be higher than you were charged during checkout due to discount shipping charged to our customers.
